卡斯特罗是C罗在利雅得胜利经历的第三任主帅。2023年4月13日，利雅得胜利宣布执教球队9个月的鲁迪-加西亚下课，球队U19教练耶利西奇出任一线队主帅。2023年7月6日卡斯特罗上任，成为当时三个月内利雅得胜利的第三任主帅。
